Error establishing a database connection

Just want to inform, my website database have been like this for several hours (more than 12hrs)

Have you tried connecting to the database with your cpanel username and password. Or have you tried recreating the database user ?

Yeap, I can log into my database through my cPanel, and no, i didnt recreate or even touch my database user.

Try removing and re-adding the database user to the database. If that does not work try creating a new database user and assigning them permissions to the database.

I just added a new user and gave privilege to the database.
and edit my WordPress user database (config.php on my WP file.)
