Error Establishing Data Base Connection

I am using Stoli server for my website www.latesttamil.in and currently I face problems regarding the database connectivity .
Kindly help me out in this issue.

Seems to be a server-wide problem with your server, Stoli.

Will try to get an Admin to look into it ASAP.
