error establishing database connection

i'm encountering a database connection error at http://homeworkz.x10hosting.com/

i'm under chopin hosting server

previous thread advice me to check my cpanel settings -- site was up and running 3 months ago and suddenly i had this error; i havent change anything on the cpanel then since the site was working.

please advice.
