Hi
I'm new here. I would like to change my MX record for my parked domain, but I came up with the above error. There doesnt seem to be any problem changing the MX record for my original domain. It doesnt even allow me to make any sort of change at all.
Can you help?
Thanks in advance
Paul.

I've just checked and it seems you've already been able to change them, is this correct?

Hi,
I got it to be able to be changed by
deleting trustnet.com.au from Parked domain.
Create an addon domain with the same name.
After I've done that I was able to change the MX entries
But this was not possible with Parked domain.
So parked domain could still be a problem
But I'm happy now because I got around the problem
Thanks for looking into it. If you have time, and if you can have a looked at parked domains, it could solve problems for others later on.
Cheers
Paul.

I am glad you got it to work, and thanks for using x10Hosting. I am going to close this as your problem seemed have been solved.

Thanks,
