Hello support,
When trying to add an add-on domain name I am getting this error
"Error from park wrapper: rkbosamiya.com is already configured." though the domain is currently live with another hosting company but I changed the name server and then tried adding as an addon domain name but it did not work. Same error.
The issue can be resolved by deleting the DNS entry at your end. Kindly remove the DNS entry ASAP.
