I wasn't capable of posting this in the support section for some reason so I'll post it here :s
After a little while of being away, I've come back to notice that my domains are pretty much gone..
When checking the FTP, all my files are still being hosted.. but the domains have dissapeared and the SQL databases have also been deleted or something.
I have a backup of these things on my local drive but when attempting to add the addon domains to my account I get the error:
Error from park wrapper: domain.com is already configured.
for both of my domains.
I did a little google search and found that old records of the domains need to be removed from
/var/named/domain.com.db
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
/var/cpanel/users/username
/etc/userdomains
/etc/localdomains
But I do not have access to these directories on the FTP server, so I was wondering if it would be possible to have these records removed?
