Error in my website

First of all, when I try to look at my website, all it says is that it is suspended, and takes me to another page. I follow the instructions to lift the suspension on the site that it took me to. It says I was unsuspended, but when I try to look at my website, it still says suspended. Also, I can't login to my cPanel, it just says Login Attempt Failed even though I typed in everything correct because I have it wrote down.
