Error in Phpbb

I try to install Phpbb but when I fill out everything and click install it comes up with an error. It says warnings and then at the bottom it says could not connect to database. What do I do?

Apply for intermediate package in your account manager

O I fixed the problem. Sorry for that but it was a simple mistake in the database username database name.
