Hi,

I recently bought a .info domain at godaddy.com. My old domain was http://techguys4u.co.cc.

After purchasing i changed the nameservers at godaddy's servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com and on http://www.co.cc i removed the nameservers and set the URL forwarding which forwards all requests to techguys4u.co.cc to techguys4u.info

I also updated the main domain in x10hosting control panel.

i changed it to .info from .co.cc but it is still under process

Hello, can you please try removing the nameservers from godaddy and then try re-adding them again, after that give it a few hours or so to resolve and then try adding it as a primary domain again. If this fails, try adding it as a parked domain via cPanel. (This basically allows you to add a domain to your account without removing the primary domain, this way if your primary domain for some reason is inaccessible whether it be by some configuration issue etc, you will still be able to access your primary domain being your x10hosting domain.)
