Error installing Themes or Mods at SMF

Hello,

I've subscrived your free package of hosting for creating a Social and Gamming Community.

I've installed with Fantastico the SMF and created a account of administrator.

I tried to install onde SMF mod and one theme but it gives-me the following error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I was thinking to buy a premium hosting at the end of September, but i need everything working fine so I can setup all that I want.

UPDATE: I deleted all the files related to my forum because SMF version was 1.1.11 and tryed to install SMF 2.0 RC3.

Followed every step carefouly but when i get to the part that i've got to go to mysite/instal.php it gives me that error again.

Please help me, your service seems to be very good, but have this critical failure.
