Error linking host account - REOPEN

it says that hostname does not exist.
how can i resolve this?
i already click on the activation email..
its showing host username does not exists when i enter my account username.

after that, i request for re-sent of confirmation email for hosting account.
upon clicking the link from the email..
i got this message..
An account already exists in the signup queue with the username specified.

I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE FORUM ON HOW TO LINK TO HOST ACCOUNT. BUT APPARENTLY.. ITS STILL NOT WORKING.

Please take a look at the News And Announcements section.Work is in progress on the servers. Account creations are on hold. Your account has still not been created. You will have to wait until all the work on the servers is complete.
