Error loading feed data

Hello!

I created a joomla site with sample data and i get the following message when i log in to my site control panel:
"Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/burst24/public_html/itshop/administrator/modules/mod_menu/helper.php on line 145

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/burst24/public_html/itshop/administrator/modules/mod_menu/helper.php on line 167"

Though i can work with this i would appreciate if i somehow get rid of it!

As of the weekend, Admins have blocked outgoing access to port 80 in order to try to combat proxies and scripts such as rapidleech.
This is most likely the source of your problem.
They are whitelisting a small number of commonly used IPs, but are not adding any on a per case basis.
