error logging into cpanel

for some reason i cant log into my cpanel account. i can log into ftp but i wanted to clear my folders from cpanel. when i try to login it said login failed even thought i can login from my ftp account. my cpanel account is smcadmin. please reset my password and send it to elricbroths19@aol.com as i have tired using the reset password form on the cpanel login nad the change password in my account management panel.

im still having problems logging into my cpnael and now i cant log into my ftp client.

it doesnt seem to be working. iv tried the reset form from where i login on the cpanel page. and i have tried changing the password from the Account Management page. im worried that if i dont login with the next 2hrs i will be suspended again. im trying to at least clear out anything illegal from the folders. so far im making some error messages appear so that i can get rid of the files

You wouldn't be suspended for not logging on, just for not being active on the forums (visiting it ever 2 weeks).

im always active here its jus that im trying to get rid of the *illegal stuff* so that i can comply with the rules and i also work at another forum and im trying the best i can to at least visit the forums everyday. so i dunno what you can do for me. im worried that ill be suspended again if dont delete my forum folder that contains illegal stuff my account would be suspended again. would it be ok if you could restore my access to the the cpanel ? if it is ok thanks so much !!
