Error message when trying t access my myphpadmin

When I try to access my database through myphpadmin, I am redirect to error page with the following message.

Hours late I got another error message.

phpMyAdmin - ERROR
#2002 - The server is not responding (or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)

Please anyone can help me with this thing? What wrong with my database?
