Error occuring on Website

I was just trying to update my website when I got an error that the server could not be found (I use filezilla to manage my website)

So I tried to log in at x10hosting.cm and got this error:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I was wondering what I should do to fix this.

When was the last time you logged into the forums? I am seeing the account as not existing.


What is the domain name url?

Last time I logged into the forums was when my account was suspended a while ago (during the summer, maybe)

I was just on my website a few days ago, though

If you have not logged into the x10hosting forums for 2 weeks. The account goes into an "Inactivity" suspension.
You the have about 10 days to request that the suspension be lifted. Failing to do so the account automatically gets terminated.
If this is the case you then can use this link http://x10hosting.com/logout and resign up for another account.
