Error Opening

I got my account reformatted by brandon. He told me to relink it to my account. I tried doing that with no mail response so he told me wait 4hrs and try again. I try again today and it says error opening?

Update:I just tried again as soon as the forum reopened. It says check email for further instructions and yet i have no email im my inbox.

Did you make sure your e-mail is set in cPanel and your Spam/bulk folder???

Checked everything nothing helps. It says error opening again.

Your account already appears to be active and functional (aside the current server problems)... can you show us a screen shot of the error?

Hmm i cant link it to my account. The account is active but i cannot link it.

Well my cpanel pass. Can it be pmed to me i have no idea what it is. The pass given by brandon dont work.
