Error page when I enter my site.

I added artphonecase.com to my account and added a custom website there from the panel's homescreen. I put index.html to test if the site worked. But I see the Default Web Site Page listing errors.
I checked artphonecase.com's WHOIS and the name servers are pointing to X10's.
How can the problem be resolved?

I get an "Under Construction" page (just a head containing meta and title). It takes a little while for the DNS info to propagate, and the "Coming soon" page is "sticky" in caches. You likely jumped the gun a little bit, and are now seeing a cached page (either your browser's cache or an ISP cache -- unfortunately, ISPs do cache things to improve apparent performance). Clearing your browser's cache and history entries for your site and restarting your browser before revisiting your site should fix the problem. If not, you may need to wait for the cached page to age out of the ISP cache (usually 6 to 24 hours) (and remembering to clear your browser cache for each new try, of course).
