i went to install a retail copy of IPB and all files are chmod to 777 , like they want. i went to web url and went to install and this is error i got help please

Try chmodding folders to 755

ok now i got that fixed now one other prob i get this when i go to install board and i cant find and o forgot password i know my SQL one but this is diff

Hmm Move upload in upload folder to root
