Error reading packet? (Ad enhanced)

I got an error saying, "error reading packets" or similar to that, and I don't know if this means that the ads are not detected on the page, but do I have to add the add on ALL pages?

When I log into x10hosting.com/account. In my account details on the left, below the ad enhanced.

I've set your package as: "Static".
If you want another package (Advanced or Corporate), you can change it in your Account Management Panel, at the bottom-left.
