I got this error upon login

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

What does this means? o.o
My Site is down and i cant access the account panel or the c panel...

Reason: Account used as file storage.

uh I didnt knew i cant do that >_<, actually it was an installer for some program I made >.>
anyway to get the database or account back ? and deleting the files that caused the termination?

Once a account is terminated it is permanently deleted from our servers.
You can host the installer but you need a website to go with it.
