error retrieving your account's hosting type

I had an account here which I stopped using a while ago. When I logged in I got this error:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.
Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I cant make a new account because it says I already have one. What do I do now?

Is your account "bennym" ?

It was created today. Are you having trouble with the new account. If not then please post back so I can close this thread or you can close it
