I'm using a form software and trying to send confirmation emails out from the form. When using my SMTP credentials from one of the emails setup, I get the following error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/firstchu/public_html/machform/includes/helper-functions.php:1090) in /home/firstchu/public_html/machform/view.php on line 114
Is there any way to avoid this error, or am I not allowed to generate emails from this software in my free hosting account.
