Error this PHP installation is not configured with the GD library

I am a founder of a page of an online gaming partnership which is housed in a database and need to activate a service GD Library to view statistics. Please help me, the bug is this:

JpGraph Error This PHP installation is not configured with the GD library. Please recompile PHP with GD support to run JpGraph. (Neither function imagetypes() nor imagecreatefromstring() does exist)

GD Librarys are installed on PHPv2 and v3.
Read this thread: http://forums.x10hosting.com/news-announcements/39574-important-php-information.html, and request the "Intermediate" PHP version.
