ic, thanks; i tried to reset my password, coz im getting a 'Login Attempt Failed!' error message when i pressed the 'login to cpanel' buttno on the account managment panel; i've checked again just now, the new password is working but i still get the login error on cpanel -- any idea why this is happening?
