error when accessing support ticket(me again)

So my thread was escalated to a support ticket which is great, except I can't access the ticket.


Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in /home/support/public_html/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 172

I logged in with my forum name/password

Got the above error.

Somehow managed to login, but it shows no support ticket under "ticket list"

I've read this in another support thread before of this problem. A staff member said that you can still correspond through email. When an administrator responds to your escalated ticket, you'll receive it in your email. You can then reply to that email and it'll be added to your ticket. That way, you don't have to access the ticket itself for this to work. Btw, not being able to access your escalated ticket itself is a known problem.
