Error when logging into cpanel

Hi My cpanel wont allow me to login. It says wrong username and password
Is there an alternate ftp location which I can use? thanks

Try changing your cPanel password at http://x10hosting.com/control/
Then try to login to cPanel at http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/
