Error while creating account

I tried to create a free web hosting account. During this process there was an error stating that the usr id i had used was not available. I tried to use another user id but there was an error and now I am unable to recreate a fresh account as my email id is locked!

I will escalate this thread up as a ticket to staff members so an account manager can help you out by removing your email address from the unavailable account's credentials.

Please respond to the ticket with the cPanel username that you tried signing up with, and the cPanel name that you want to create a new account with.
