Error while loggin into my account

Hi,

I get the following error when i try to log into my account. please help me to resolve this issue

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

We made a mistake and terminated your hosting account. An error in our system made us think you wanted it terminated.

We are really sorry for this. PM me your account information (cPanel username, Domain/Subdomain, Mail and Hosting package) and I'll recreate your account. We'll double your diskspace if you want.

is all my files/data deleted?

i'm really upset with whatever has happened. There are lot of updated php scripts for which i don't even have backup.

Ok, I re-created your account and doubled your disk-space (from 300MB to 600MB). I've PMed you a new password for your account.
You may need to clear your cache and temp files and make a flush of your DNS to be able to access your website and cPanel, as your account is now hosted in server "Lotus".
