Error while trying to add domain name.

Hi,

When trying to add an add-on domain name I am getting this error

"Error from park wrapper: rkbosamiya.com is already configured." Please help to remove this error. Currently the domain is currently live over another hosting company so do i need to change name server at my registrar's end or is it the problem within the fris server's DNS table entry.

The Nameservers for x10Hosting are:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
You will need to change your settings accordingly for your site to work at x10Hosting.

I changed the name server and then tried adding as an addon domain name but it did not work.

The problem I am facing is very similar to the issue discussed in the link below, kindly check the post before replying.

Error from park wrapper: thorie.com is already configured.

I do not have any sub-domains or add-on domains created under my account. You guys need to delete the DNS entry as discussed in the post in the above link.

Pls understand and kindly resolve this ASAP as this issue has been going on for past 20 days and this is my third post abt this issue.
