Error while unsuspending inactive account

I have been trying to unsuspend my account for a while but keep getting the following message. I have checked the forum which suggests this process should work.
Please could you advise?

Hello,

I have restored and unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
