Error with account creation (and Cpanel)

ever since i created my site i have been having errors like it says my user name is andrewme instead of andrewmerts and i have problems using Cpanel and ftp because it always says the pass is incorrect but i did manage to get a (slight) website up and now my account is suspended because of "no web" and i have tried numerous times before this to change my pass in the account section but under the user name for it it says andrewme again i have tried logging in with andrewme and andrewmerts but nothing ever worked please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your account was suspended for No index page. Please post and read the sticky in the suspended accounts section to get unsuspended.

Also the reason that your username is called Andrewme and not Andrewmerts is because cPanel only allows a maximum of 7 charachters in a username so it's been automatically shortened.
