error with my site

hi, i dont know what to do, but it says my site is down, i cant access the cpanel or main page, i put up ads and everything, but it disapered,

Judging by the fact that it gives an error message and we don't have it listed in our database, it appears your account has been terminated. A staff member must have had a good reason to terminate the account; you are unable to retrieve it. Look through the Terms of Service for any possible reason it was terminated.

i have checked the terms and condition and my site followed all the rules and regulations, our account has been up since october 2005, and it aint bandwith cuz we barely use 10% and only 1 gig is used so far, mainly we have a game, but not many people, so i have no clue

yes it was corperate, i had the ads and it was at the very top on every page

You used the banners ad's? and put then up using the correct code?

yes i did, and the codes were in php too, i think it was :

ok i know, but i put up the codes, everything was working fine, one day the http server was down and when it came back on and it was gone, i thouth it was suppendend but it wasnt, now that is kinda unfair but i guess i cant really complane no more
