I was told that my account was deleted due to inactivity and that I should sign up for a new account. I would like to keep the same sub-domain that I was using. This sub-domain was connorjava.x10hosting.com . However, when I try to sign up for an account with this sub-domain I receive the following error in the email that is sent:
"Whm error: sorry, a dns entry for connorjava.x10hosting.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) (code create_1)"
I have tried three times now and received the same error each time. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
