Error: Your account is unsuspend & Cpanel Login

hi,
i am posting already many times please unsuspend my account
i am facing many problems.

after opening site it shows Your account is suspended But after suspension reason it shows error " your account is not suspended "

also facing login Problem in my account panel

please help me its urgent.....

This is community support. Which is a member to member support area.
We have no access to your account details and thus, can not fix your account.
The best idea is to open a support ticket and wait patiently as x10's staff is backlogged due to server issues recently.

i have open the ticket but its more than 1 week and no responce from the help & support
what should i do
please tell me some thing so that i recover my account

I pretty much have given you all the help that can be given at this point.
As I mentioned, support staff is backlogged greatly due to server issues and having a thousand support tickets to go through.

There really isn't anything else that can be done but to wait patiently.
