Hi, I am running the php forms but when its submitted, it gives a error.

after you submit it, it crashes.

It's possible the cause of this error is located in your CPanel error logs. If you could check there and provide the contents, if any, that would help track down the problem. Otherwise, 500 errors can commonly be caused by .htaccess files gone awry, so if you're using one, try temporarily renaming it to disable it and see if the problem is corrected.

Also, make sure process.php and any other .php file has permissions set to 0644.
