Hi there.

My site is at: http://sg.exofire.net.

I'm currently experiencing problems getting into the site now. The error message reads "ERROR CONNECTING TO DATABASE". Is there anyway you can check for me?

Plus, how can I increase my CPU memory(bandwidth) because I have already received 2 warnings regarding this issue. It worries me.

Overall, my experience with x10hosting was great and was prepared to tell my friends of my new blog site when the error happened. Anyway?

Hello,

Currently your website is loading fine, there must have been a temporary MySQL issue. If you have any further issues with MySQL please let us know so we can look into the issue. Usually it's caused by abuse or the MySQL server shutting itself down because of errors.

As for increasing your CPU/memory or bandwidth availability you would have to upgrade to one of our premium services. If you need dedicated resources you're better off going for a VPS. Otherwise for more reliability you could upgrade to a standard shared premium account.

Another question if I may, does the PRIME MEMBERSHIP help in anyway to boost the CPU/RAM thing? Cos I don't think I need premium services yet so I just need the basic reliability.

Nope, doesn't boost CPU/ram, You'll still be on the same server.

I have been experiencing errors and my page loads very slow at certain times of the day. This isn't what I initially expected. Thus, I will change to a premium plan but for now, I would have to save up to keep the budget.
