for a start...
in folder [ public_html ] do you have a folder [ cgi-bin ] ?
if 'yes' then in folder [ cgi-bin ] do you have a folder [ dispatch.fcgi ] ?
if 'yes' then in folder [ dispatch.fcgi ] do you have a file [ portal.php ] ?
NOTE: the names are in all lower case

what is the complete URL you are using ?

I tried that but it still didnt work. Am i supposed to have a script in there or something. I am trying to move my forums over from another host and i just cant get it to work. I have moved it before with little to no problems but i dont know what i am doing wrong.

I fixed it. It was something in my .httaccess file that i had to delete.
