I logged into my account panel at www.x10hosting.com and it says, "Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."

I just created my account a few days ago and have not been able to access any part of it because I'm getting the same error and the domain I chose is listed as available.

Username: nagilum
Domain: nagilum.x10hosting.com

Any help would be appreciated

I too had my account created just a few days ago, and as of yet cannot access it properly. I receive the same error stating that my account can't be retreived from the back end system.

When I have been able to access my account area, the domain is shown as available but all of the account things like ftp etc are shown as offline.

Similar problem: "Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments." Started just today (able to get on yesterday).

Looks like we have some more issues with the panel than we thought. I'll try to look into this today.

not trying to rush you but......any findings/theories?.....because I'm approaching a week since I signed up that I haven't accessed my account once...

This should now be fixed, if you are still having issues please open a new thread.

As a reminder you can still access your cPanel; Our custom account panel is only a means for you to be able to easily get some quick information on your account plus also upgrade and modify your details without staff intervention.
