Can you kindly grab the headers from the email that mentions the portal by viewing the full message or full source in your email client and copy and paste those and send that information to me directly here on forums via a message by clicking my name and selecting start a convo. so we can review why you are receiving that? If you are actively login into https://x10hosting.com/login your account will remain active.No error codes, My login activity seems not to count because of the numerous emails. login works fine, portal 404. Any help to resolve the matter and to figure out which activity counts towards the timer.
Oh, nevermind. I just read through more of this thread and realized my issue is I was on a VPN at the time. Turned off the VPN and it let me log in. Sorry about that.I just received this error when trying to log in:
"Error code E6BAEA85D6410B936. Please go to the support forum for assistance."
