ESCALATION NECESSARY - Please relink my hosting and forum accounts

My account has been suspended and I am being unable to unsuspend myself. I can't log into the Account Management Panel to get myself unsuspend from there. I suspect that my hosting and forum accounts got unlinked, due to inactivity.

Please, I would like some help/advise on how to proceed to get my account active again.
