ETA of automatic suspension lift?

Hi, my account (todmans) was suspended on the 4th for inactivity. I applied to have it lifted on the 5th, but it still says pending. Just wondering how long this generally takes, as I\'m not able to log into cpanel right now, and I guess I can\'t until it\'s lifted, right? I have some info I need to copy and I can\'t get to it, so just wondering how long it may take, or if there\'s anything additional I need to do to get the suspension lifted.

Normally faster, I have it running a manual unsuspension from here and I'll ping an admin to let them know the queue's runnings lower than normal so they can see if it's completely clogged or what happened.
