Eval is forbidden

I had installed a script and it appears to be running fine, well i have an issue with the script itself but i'm trying to get into the admin panel and i get a eval is forbiden:

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/wolf2217/public_html/myspot/admin/index.php(45) : eval()'d code on line 45

If i can get some help with this it will fix my other problem also.

You'll need to submit a request for the Intermediate configuration of PHP to use the eval() function.

That would mean sending a request to upgrade my PHP right?
cause i only have the basic php
