We can't change your PHP version.
You have to make the requests at the "Account Management Panel".

You have the "Intermediate" PHP version, which has the "eval" function enabled. If you still have problems to use the eval function, post in the "Free Hosting" section.

and I still have problems with it for my site i installed MyBB and i get

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/rcon/public_html/forums/global.php(248) : eval()'d code on line 248

can sum1 tell me how to fix this
