even though i login daily why my accounts are suspended

Even though i login in daily from my x10hosing accounts.. i use to get "your account is suspended".. for both my accounts .. s4dnay and s4dney. plz kindly rectify this problem for further provide me complete solution for not arising this problem :nuts:

TO avoid inactivity suspension u have login in forums.Also it is important that your forum account should be linked with ur hosting account.
