Hi nicolemc;

To edit your website, there is an easier way by using FTP - this shows your website basically as a drive where you can drag/drop files.
To create a shortcut to open an FTP site in Windows Explorer said:
  1. Open (My) Computer (eg. by pressing the Windows flag key and 'e' at the same time).
  2. Right-click anywhere in the folder, and then click Add a Network Location. (See attached image)
  3. This displays the Add Network Connection wizard. Click Next.
  4. In the wizard, select Choose a custom network location, and then click Next.
  5. Enter the name of the FTP site, with the full FTP:// in front of it, and then click Next. In this case, you should be able to put ftp://nicolemcxxxxx.x10.mx/ (I've removed what I assume is your surname?)
  6. Clear the Log on anonymously check box. Type your cPanel username, and then click Next.
  7. By default, the name of the shortcut is the same as the FTP address. If you want to give the shortcut a different name, type it in the Type a name for this network location box. Click Next.
  8. If you do not want the FTP site to open after you're done setting up the shortcut, clear the Open this network location when I click Finish check box. Click Finish. A shortcut to the FTP site appears in the Computer folder. You can drag that shortcut to your desktop so that it's easy to find later.
This hopefully solves the problem of not being able to edit your site, and work as an improvement. However, it still doesn't give you access to cPanel. Can you provide a bit more detail as to what happens when it doesn't redirect, please?

It says this:
Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
Your request is taking longer than usual to process..

That's it. Backend staff has to fix this. I need to work in cpanel. There is nothing I can do on my side until I redirect to cpanel.

x10hosting is not transfering to my hosting account.

What web browser are you using?
Internet explorer but it was working on it before. I recently changed my domain name. After I changed my domain name it started to not direct me to cpanel. It happened after I deleted my old domain name and added a new one.
