Everything Deleted.

Hi,

I own a hosting account on x10Hosting, where I will (soon) run my forum at http://derailedtopic.x10.mx/smf. I visited it to check it and make some changes, and got a 404 error. I went into my cPanel, and checked the file manager. Everything was deleted. Not even cgi-bin, public_html, nothing remained. I need some help. I have not made any changes that would do such a thing before this happened. I only modify scripts within SMF, nothing that could possibly hurt the server.

There is probably nothing deleted, it's just that the SAN (Storage Area Network -- sort of an external hard drive on steroids) is not available from the server your account is on at the moment. Your site's files and databases are not on the same physical machine as your account's "skeleton". Once the network issue has been resolved, your files and databases should be back.

Ah, so this is a network issue? I assumed as much. I guess I'll wait until the admins fix it. Thank you for your help.
