everything is down...apache, dns, ftp etc

cpanel name is leather
server name is Cossacks.x10
everything shows offline in my account page at x10hosting.com/account
i read about the cossack server reboot, but it also mentioned that the server reboot was complete..
but my site is still down

Cossacks is being rebooted, Ive had it confirmed and placed a msg in the server alerts.
