hi im new here on x10 but not new enough to just sit back and have my new site im building be screwed up by server down time i was in the middle of a database upgrade when you wnt down i now have to completely start from scratch now it was a fresh db on a new installation of PHP-Fusion

if your services keep going down on a daily basis i will have no choice than to move hosting i need this site up and running fully byt end of august this will never happen if you keep going down when i upload things or upgrade things

I think it has something to do with the new servers they are on..

well i need an answer fast because i am right in the middle of an upgrade of a fusion i have installed and i have upgraded the database but i cant get FTP access to upload the rest of the files

please can u get the servers back up like ASAP! thanks

Nothing that x10 can do - its up to the datacenter to get things working.
