Had successfully used x10 ad-free hosting with my domain name mehasdesign.com, uploaded some web pages, and everything was working (two days ago).

Today I tried visit the page and it says "server not found."

When I sign into http://x10hosting.com/account and click on Confirm Domain it says mehasdesign.com is "unavailable" and I can't access the cPanel.

My domain's (mehasdesign.com) nameservers are pointed to:
NS.THISISOURSERVER.COM
NS2.THISISOURSERVER.COM

What am I doing wrong?

The name servers should be

Code: 
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
.

Wow, thanks.

My problem was not even related to x10, sorry.

Everything's working fine now.

Was there somewhere before the forums I could have found the nameservers? Would be a nice feature on the FAQ (when you get one)

A quick search for nameserver should have brought it up. We are revamping the welcome Email material and sign-up process int he near future to help make sure people get some extra info.
