Everything wiped from server and no longer have permission to create directory

Yesterday November 20th 2011, I've been able to log on the server without any issues through ftp to modify my files. I can't seem to do so today as if my account was newly created and I no longer was able to create directories as it shown that I didn't have the permissions to do so.
